Burgess Junction Bighorn Sheep Summit

Meeting logistics, for WY-WSF Board Members and G&F personnel only, are:

1. Meeting location – Elk View Inn

4. Mention “WGFD or BHS Working Group”
5. Room reservation deadline is May 30^th.
6. There are a few extra beds in the Benton cabin and bunk house and plenty of space for tent camping on their property.
7. June 15 evening- 8 rooms are being held for the WGFD internal BJS Working Group at Elk View Inn.  Make reservations by May 30^th.
8. June 16^th – Meeting room set up for 16-20 WGFD internal BHS Working Group personnel. Power Point and Screen for your use.
9. June 16^th – afternoon/early evening – WGFD BHS internal Working Group and other arrivals meet at the Benton cabin across the road from Elk View Inn for cocktails and appetizers (bring your favorite drink). Cole & Elaine will be at the cabin all day, so anyone not with the Working Group are welcome at any time.
10. June 16^th – 7:00 pm – All go back across the road to Elk View Inn for the steak dinner – hosted by WY-WSF. We are planning on 25-30 people but need a head count ASAP.  After dinner all are welcome to return to the Benton cabin for a bonfire and refreshments.
11. June 17^th – 7:00 am – breakfast on your own at Elk View Inn.

8:00 am – Big Horn Sheep Summit Meeting

12:00 pm – Break for lunch hosted by WY-WSF

1:00 to 4 pm – Remainder of the BHS Summit meeting
